Membership

(A) Preliminary Qualification

i. Any Indian Citizen who:

  1. has attained or is over the age of 18 years, and
  2. is of sound mind, and eligible to make a contract as per law.
  3. not involve in any activity which comes under the treason ( Desh-Droh),
  4. accepts and shows faith in Constitution of India, and
  5. who accepts the Constitution of the Party and believe in Article III of the Party Constitution.

ii. Can be a member of the party on

  1. Making written declaration in a prescribed form, and
  2. On payment of biennial subscription.

1. Provided that he/she is not a member of any other political party, communal or other, which has a separate membership, Constitution and programme, No legislator or office bearer of the party shall participate in the activities of any communal organization.

2. No person shall be eligible to become a member except at his permanent place of residence or at a place where he carries on his business or work.

3. The term of membership, shall be from 1st April to 31st March of the subsequent year.


(B) Classification of Membership

1. Primary Member

i. Any person who complies and fulfills the conditions mentioned in sub article A of this article and
ii. After making the declaration in the form, and on deposit of the fees in the party office or authorized person, prescribed by the rules / CAB of the party.

2. Active Member

Any primary member may become an Active member

  1. On enrolling minimum persons as Primary members, and
  2. After making the declaration in the form prescribed by the rules of the party, and
  3. Undertakes to have a minimum training and to perform a minimum task, as may be prescribed by the National Executive / CAB
  4. Enroll himself/ herself as a subscriber to atleast one party journal

(C) Security of Membership

The State and District Executive shall arrange for periodical security and disposal of complaints regarding the enrolment of primary and active members, in accordance with the rules prescribed by the National Executive, but when complaints of a grave nature are reported to the National Executive, it may enquire in to such complaints and take such action as may be deemed necessary.


(D) Renewal of the Membership

Primary and Active membership shall be continuous so long as the biennial subscription is paid according to rules made there under and the other conditions, prescribed are fulfilled. Renewal of primary and active membership will be deemed to have been completed by depositing of the requisite membership fee or fees and/or by filling the renewal of membership forms, primary or active, as the case may be if prescribed by the CAB.


(E) Cease of Membership

The membership shall cease by

  1. Death, or
  2. Resignation, or
  3. Removal, or
  4. Nonpayment of biennial fee
  5. Victim of any crime covered under (desh droh )
